What Our Patients Say

Having a medical investigation or consultation can be a worrying event so we work very hard to make sure the experience is as comfortable and reassuring as possible.

We always ask patients what they liked about the service and what they feel could be better. We address every comment – be it positive or negative and use the feedback to improve the service.

In a recent patient satisfaction survey, 100% of respondents said:

  • They would recommend the service to friends and family
